Obituary

Leo George Capps, 83, of Hampstead, NC and previously of Shady Side, MD passed away on June 27, 2020. Leo was born in Washington, DC on October 17, 1936 to the late John and Eleanor Capps. In addition to his parents, Leo was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon in 2019. He is survived by his sisters, Cora Edith Taylor and Lavern Yarnick both of FL; two daughters, Lisa Marie Rodgers of Edgewater and Lea George Capps of Davidsonville; three grandchildren, Jessica Rodgers, Justin Rodgers, and Samantha Blonder.
