I met Kevin at All Joshua Outpatient in Annapolis MD and he was a very understanding, caring, gave great advice, and just in all a great individual. For a period as dedicated as him to help me and many others to a sober life. Thanks so much Kevin for your couragous heart, caring mind, and love for others to help us have a sober, fun filled life. I guess your work on Earth was complete. Thanks for such a wonderful human being. Fly high Kev... until we meet again.. Farrah Brown

kevin dwyer was the most caring counselor I ever met. I met kevin the first week of my sobriety and he guided me through the best year of my life. he helped me and many other people to get back into and helped me get a scholarship. The samaritan house will never be the same to me with out him around.
