Born on March 15, 1944 in Washington, DC to the late Joseph Francis and Marie Eva Bellosi Pagliaro, Judy attended St. Francis Xavier grade school and Immaculate Conception High School, both in Washington, DC.
She spent most of her professional career as an accountant and bookkeeper working closely with her husband and her brothers. Judy was a devoted sister, aunt and godmother.
