Concetta Panzuto Vebares, 75, of Cheltenham, Maryland, died on May 25, 2012. Concetta was born on November 21, 1936, in Naples, Italy. She married in 1954 and retired in the Cheltenham, MD area in 1970, after years of traveling with her Naval husband and family.
She is survived by her husband, Quirico S. Vebares, her children Patricia, Diana and Teen, in-laws, Sean, Michael and Lena, her grandchildren, Monika, Tayler and Marley, sister Maria and brothers Alfonso, Umberto, and Vincenzo, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Relatives and Friends are invited to Concetta's Life Celebration at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home 6160 Oxon Hill Rd., Oxon Hill, MD on Monday, June 4, 2012 from 11:00am until 12:30pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St Ignatius Catholic Church at 1:00pm.
Interment will take place at 3pm at the Maryland’s Veterans Cemetery in Cheltenham, Maryland. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society.
