Flannigan, step-mother of Sherry (Carl) Blough; cousin of George (Jackie ) Hodgkiss and Robert (Elena) Hodgkiss, Sr. Friends are invited to Boots’ Life Celebration on Tuesday, April 24 from 11am until a funeral service begins at 12pm at the George P. Kalas Funeral Home, 2973 Solomons Island Rd., Edgewater, MD 21037. Interment Lakemont Memorial Gardens, Davidsonville, MD.
