Life Legacy


Ralph William Villeneuve, 76, a 35-year resident of Severna Park and previously of New Carrollton, died April 12 at home with his family after a 6 month battle with Mesothelioma.

Born February 1, 1935 in Chepstow, Ontario, Canada, he attended the University of Maryland and was employed as an elevator mechanic. Ralph loved the Chesapeake Bay, Bluegrass music and puzzles.

He is survived by his wife, Linda Villeneuve; a daughter, Suzanne Urie; five stepchildren, Laura Dorey, Melissa Peterson, Tom Buckner, Debbie Dorsey and David Villeneuve; a grandson, James Urie, also survived by five step-grandchildren.
