On Wednesday, October 28, 2009; she is survived by two sons, Gerald and Robert Palmer, a sister and grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Mrs. Palmer's Life Celebration at the GEORGE P. KALAS FUNERAL HOME, 6160 Oxon Hill Rd.,Oxon Hill, MD on Monday, November 2, 2009 from 9am until time of service at 10am. Interment Washington National Cemetery.
