My husband, Michael, and I are very blessed to have had an opportunity to see Ralph the day before his passing. It was a beautiful sunny day and he adjusted his pillow so that he could "join us" in conversation. As he spoke he was both calm and radiant with life, relaxing in his living room with his wife, Linda and daughter, Suzanne, lying close to their home's open windows, enjoying the fresh air. We discussed some of the details of his illness and he said that he was very grateful for all the people who were there to help him from Hospice and the various other care facilities, and that they treated him with genuine kindness and dignity. We recalled past memories of our friendship, surrounding neighbors, weather events and departed with a gentle touch of his hand. May God give Ralph peace, as he passes over to eternal life and joins many of our loved ones in Heaven. May God bless and comfort his family during this time of loss, and may they always know that their next door neighbors will always be there...whenever.

I'm sorry for your loss,I know it must be a tough time your going through and I would like to offer a word of encouragement from the bible at John 5:28,29 and if you don't have a bible it says,"Do not marvel at this, because the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."I hope this helps.
